  • How self-care can help you manage a better work/ life balance
  • Ideas and inspiration to create more self-care opportunities in your daily life


Note, at the end of this course, if you are a Massachusetts educator, you will receive 15 professional development credits upon submission of a final exercise. At this time, we are only able to offer PD credit in Massachusetts.
